On November 8,2015, I entered the Art of the Plate contest. I am very happy I did. I was to display my art on the plate of their choosing. I ended up making thyme and parsley infused farro,grilled chicken,sweet onions,grape tomatoes on a bed of baby spinach,fresh chives,orange zest,toasted pine nuts,feta cheese,and a squeeze of lime!
Oh…and on the side,a glass of Chianti….
