One word. “Ah-mazing!”
There are times I eat out,but nothing beats making whatever you want and when you want it. On this particular day, I was craving Arabian food-so…what did I do? I made Arabian Chicken Shawarma. This dish is usually prepared on a spit,and can be grilled for as long as a day. Obviously,I made it express style. The chicken was roasted,and it was so juicy once it was done.
Serve this with some fresh tabbouleh and pita bread. You can add some hummus on your pita if that is your taste. I prefer mine with squeezed lemon and garlic sauce. 🙂
